2. Özet

Flaptab kişisel veri toplamaz, hiçbir sunucuya veri göndermez, çerez veya izleme teknolojisi kullanmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla veri paylaşmaz. Eklenti çalışırken hiçbir ağ isteği yapmaz; yazı tipleri dahil tüm dosyalar eklentinin içinde gelir.

3. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler

Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca tarayıcınızın yerel depolama alanında (localStorage) tutulur ve cihazınızdan çıkmaz:

Bu bilgilere geliştirici dahil hiç kimse erişemez. Eklentiyi kaldırdığınızda tarayıcı bu verileri de siler.

4. Konum izni

Konum özelliği varsayılan olarak açıktır ve Ayarlar > Konum bölümünden istediğiniz an kapatılabilir. Eklentiyi kurarken tarayıcınız konum iznini ayrıca gösterir. Konum, tarayıcınızın standart konum arayüzü (Geolocation API) üzerinden alınır. Tarayıcınız konumu belirlemek için kendi konum hizmetini (örneğin Google veya Microsoft konum hizmetleri) kullanabilir; bu işlem tarayıcı üreticisinin gizlilik politikasına tabidir ve Flaptab'ın kontrolünde değildir. Flaptab konumunuzu hiçbir yere göndermez.

5. Hukuki dayanak ve haklarınız

Flaptab kişisel verilerinizi işlemediği ve kendi sunucusuna aktarmadığı için 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında geliştirici tarafından yürütülen bir veri işleme faaliyeti bulunmamaktadır. Cihazınızdaki bilgileri istediğiniz an konum ayarını kapatarak veya eklentiyi kaldırarak silebilirsiniz. KVKK md. 11 ve GDPR md. 15–22 kapsamındaki haklarınızla ilgili sorularınız için yukarıdaki adresten bize ulaşabilirsiniz.

6. Çocuklar

Flaptab çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz; zaten hiçbir kullanıcıdan veri toplamaz.

7. Web sürümü

Flaptab ayrıca https://akbasozden.github.io/flaptab/ adresinde web sitesi olarak da sunulur. Web sürümü eklentiyle aynı şekilde çalışır: kişisel veri toplamaz, ayarlarınızı yalnızca tarayıcınızda saklar ve konumunuzu hiçbir yere göndermez. Web sürümünde konum özelliği varsayılan olarak kapalıdır; açtığınızda tarayıcınız sizden ayrıca izin ister. Site GitHub Pages üzerinde barındırılır. Sayfayı açtığınızda tarayıcınız dosyaları GitHub sunucularından indirir; bu sırada IP adresiniz gibi teknik bilgiler, hizmetin sunulması ve güvenliği için GitHub tarafından işlenir. Bu işlem GitHub'ın gizlilik bildirimine (https://docs.github.com/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-general-privacy-statement) tabidir; Flaptab bu kayıtlara erişmez.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse güncel metin bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir. Veri işleme biçimini esaslı olarak değiştiren bir güncellemeden (örneğin reklam veya analitik eklenmesi) önce, gerekiyorsa açık rızanız eklenti içinde ayrıca istenir.

The Flaptab browser extension is provided by Özden Akbaş. Contact: ozden.akbas@hotmail.com

2. Summary

Flaptab does not collect personal data, does not send data to any server, does not use cookies or tracking technologies, and does not share data with third parties. The extension makes no network requests while running; all files, including fonts, ship inside the extension.

3. Information stored on your device

The following is kept only in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and never leaves your device:

No one, including the developer, can access this information. Uninstalling the extension also removes it.

4. Location permission

The location feature is on by default and can be turned off at any time under Settings > Location. Your browser shows the location permission when you install the extension. Your position is obtained through your browser's standard Geolocation API. Your browser may use its own location service (for example Google or Microsoft location services) to determine it; that processing is governed by the browser vendor's privacy policy and is outside Flaptab's control. Flaptab never transmits your location.

5. Legal basis and your rights

Because Flaptab neither processes your personal data on its own systems nor transfers it anywhere, the developer carries out no processing activity under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Turkey's Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You can delete the information on your device at any time by turning off the location setting or uninstalling the extension. 6. Children

Flaptab does not knowingly collect data from children; it does not collect data from anyone.

7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Flaptab's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the extension's single purpose and is never sold, transferred, or used for advertising, creditworthiness or lending purposes.

8. Website version

Flaptab is also available as a website at https://akbasozden.github.io/flaptab/. The website works the same way as the extension: it collects no personal data, keeps your settings only in your browser and never transmits your location. On the website the location feature is off by default; when you turn it on, your browser asks for permission separately. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you open it, your browser downloads the files from GitHub's servers, and GitHub processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver and secure the service. This is governed by GitHub's privacy statement (https://docs.github.com/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-general-privacy-statement); Flaptab has no access to these logs.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Before any update that materially changes how data is handled (for example, adding ads or analytics), your consent will be asked for inside the extension where required.
